Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes selection?
Every plan, Free included. On Free you see the chosen photos, but the client's email address stays blurred. It shows from the Lite plan, at €5 a month.
Can I change how many photos clients can pick?
Yes, gallery by gallery. The limit is 10 photos by default. You can change it, remove it, or let your client go beyond it.
Are extra photos paid for online?
No. Pelli shows your client the price per extra photo and gives you the total in the confirmation email. You then settle the extra with them, for example with an invoice created in Pelli.
How do I turn on favourites?
Switch the option on in your account settings. Your clients then see two buttons, Like 👍 and Love 😍, and you can filter favourites separately.
How do I know my client is done?
When they click “Send my selection”, you receive an email listing the chosen photos. The selection also appears in the gallery activity.
How do I find the chosen photos in Lightroom?
Copy the list with smart copy, then paste it into Lightroom's search. With the Lightroom plugin, in beta, your clients' picks arrive directly in the Comments panel.
Can my client also request edits?
Yes. They can comment on a photo and draw on it to show what they want changed. You can read these requests from the Lite plan.
