How do I cut off access?

In Settings, under AI assistants. You see each assistant's activity there, change its permissions or disconnect it in one click.

My tool isn't on the list. What can I do?

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and most MCP-compatible tools connect with the address Pelli gives you. If your tool doesn't support one-click authorization, you can create a personal access key.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need?

Connecting an AI assistant is included in the Pro and Ultra plans, from €25 a month or €180 a year. You can try it during the 15-day trial, no credit card required.

Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?

Yes, for ChatGPT. The connection goes through its developer mode, which is limited to paid plans and switched on once in the browser. In a Business workspace, only an admin can turn it on. Pelli guides you through every step.

What about Claude or Mistral?

With Claude, Pelli opens the add-connector window already filled in. With Mistral Vibe, you add a connector from the Connectors page. Either way, you then authorize Pelli on the page that opens.

Does it use my Iris credits?

No. Your AI runs on your own subscription. No Pelli AI credits are used, and nothing stops when your monthly Iris credits run out.

Can my AI send something to my clients without me?

No. Send and collect is a separate level you turn on yourself. Even then, your AI asks for your approval in the conversation before every send. With Create and edit, nothing goes out to your clients.

Where does my data go?

The data your AI reads goes through its provider. Pelli tells you before you authorize and asks for your consent. With Mistral Vibe, it stays in Europe. Iris, Pelli's built-in assistant, runs in France.
