Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes the client area?
Every plan, Free included. The Orders tab fills up with the shop, from the Pro plan, and the Appointments tab with online booking, on the Ultra plan.
Does my client need to create a password?
No. They enter their email address and receive a magic link or a code to sign in. When you share a document with them, the link in the email opens their area directly.
What does my client see in their area?
Their galleries, orders, quotes and invoices with you. The Appointments and Documents tabs appear as soon as there is something in them.
What about contracts?
Your client signs each contract on its own page, opened from the link received by email. Contracts do not have a tab in the client area.
My client works with another photographer on Pelli. Does their data get mixed up?
No. With the same email address, they get a separate area with each photographer. With you, they only see what comes from you.
Can my client pay from their area?
Yes, if you have turned on online payment. A Pay button appears on their pending or overdue invoices.
How do my clients find their area?
Through the emails you send them from Pelli, and from your website. Add the sign-in widget to your site, or the client area button if your site is built with Pelli.
