Where can I use my templates?

When you share a gallery by email, from the share window. You create and edit them in Settings, Marketing, under Emails.

How do I create my signature?

In Settings, Appearance, under Signature. Format it right there or paste your own HTML, then send yourself a test email to check how it looks.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need for email templates?

Templates and CC copies of what you send are included from the Pro plan, at €25 a month or €180 a year. Your logo, colour, signature and sending history are in every plan, Free included.

Can I insert the client's first name automatically?

Not in the template: its text is used exactly as you wrote it. The gallery title and access button are added automatically, and you can tweak the message before each send to add a first name.

Do I need to paste the gallery link into my message?

No. The email includes the “Access the gallery” button and a backup link in case the button doesn't show. Your client lands in their gallery already signed in.

Which address are the emails sent from?

The email shows your studio's name as the sender. When your client replies, the reply goes to your own email address.

Can I keep a copy of what I send?

Yes, from the Pro plan. Turn on “Be copied” in your settings and you'll receive every gallery you send by email. The sending history also keeps track of each email and its status.

Do clients abroad get the email in their language?

The subject, title and button are translated into your client's language when Pelli knows it, otherwise into yours. Your message stays as you wrote it: create one template per language if you need to.
