Jingoo and Pelli are two French platforms for professional photographers, but they do not make money the same way. Jingoo charges no subscription and takes a commission on your online sales: on its sales galleries, from 0.5% to 5% on the Autonome plan and from 4% to 15% on the Nomade plan, depending on the previous year's revenue. Its school photography (maclasse.photo) and sports club (monclub.photo) offerings follow a separate scale, from 2% to 6%. Pelli does the opposite: a subscription from $9 to $79 per month, and 0% commission on everything you sell. Here is what each approach really changes for your business.
Discover why Pelli is the best choice for your photography business
On paper the two models hold up equally well: Jingoo costs you nothing until you sell, Pelli takes nothing when you do. The tipping point depends on your volume: from a few thousand euros of annual sales onwards, a flat subscription becomes more predictable than a percentage, especially on the Nomade plan. In fairness, one point goes to Jingoo: if online booking is what you are mainly after, Jingoo (free) together with Fotostudio (from 22 € incl. VAT per month) costs less than Pelli's Ultra plan, the only Pelli plan that includes it. The Pelli subscription pays off above all when you want galleries, store, CRM, booking and website in one place, with 0% commission on every sale.
Jingoo is a serious French platform with no subscription, very well designed for selling prints through its partner labs. Pelli answers a different need: bringing galleries, the store, the CRM, booking and the website together in a single subscription, without ever taking a commission on your sales. The choice is less about quality than about how you prefer to pay for your tool.

Methodology note
This comparison is based on public information (vendors' websites) and on feedback from users who switched to Pelli. Some points reflect experience reported by these users — a subjective impression — rather than an objective measurement; they may differ from the competitor's current offering, which changes over time.
